Weekend seminar in Roskilde
Especially in the Kickboxing and fullcontact Karate we found some nice moves. But also Weng Chung, had some easy to use techniques.
The Kickboxing instructor was a very nice guy with a lot of energy. He had some nice combinations, that we would like to try again. Therefore, we are going to invite him to our dojo in Hedensted in a few months.
The instructor in the fullcontact Karate was an experienced sensei. He had good skills, and did an overall good lesson.
The biggest disappointment was Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The instructor talked for 25 minutes in the beginning of the lesson. The rest of the class he talked half of the time. However the worst thing was, that he talked about basic knowlegde ... The techniques? well, they were also basic ...
Our own chiefinstructor also did a lesson for the participants. He did som different defences against knife - as the only instructor on the seminar.
All in all it was a nice weekend, where we got a few new contacts. We tried some other styles, and they tried some of our techniques.
