Instructor Kick Off
On Augusat 12th the majority of our instructors met for some training in Hedensted. After running through the syllabus for yellow, orange and green, some details were pointed out for futher study.

After some three hours of training, our chief instructor explained about communication, "The learning curve", "The forgetting curve", "The expectation curve", motivation etc.

After the "Instructor Kick Off Day", our instructor team is ready for the new season.
