Besides the training, we got a stronger relationship between our clubs. Ok, we had a good relationship already - but this was a natural step to something even better!
The training included defences against knifeattacks, lapel hold, head chancesy og front kick. And add to that: sweat, painfull joints and a perfect atmosphere.
The Karate club has a very good team of instructors -with Sensei Henrik Herum as the chiefinstructor. He is a 3rd Dan black belt, and has been training since the age of 10. Besides him, there is several skilled black belts, who helps to keep a good standard.
In the Whitsun holidays Shihan Finn meets several of the Karate people again - on a three day trainingcamp for some Karate clubs in Jutland. The camp will have 60 participants, and they can look forward to an afternoon with Shihan Finns techniques.
