Two weeks in Japan
We practised single sinawalli with variations and double sinawalli. After that we practised the 12 basic strikes, bloks and counter attasck. Everything with 70 cm sticks.
At the end of the seminar we had defence techniques with a pen, a newspaper and a credit card (!)
In February and March we have to more seminars with Thorbjørn "Toby" Hartelius. We have the seminar because, Kombatan Arnis has a lot of things in commom with Ju-Jitsu.
