The twisted toe belongs to one of the participants from Roskilde Budo Klub. Now we hope, that he will be fit for Roskilde Budo Klub's own seminar om May 19th-20th.

Regarding the training: Renshi Jean-Pol Kettelslegers and Sensei Daniel Maas (both Belgium) made the participants do a lot of fast techniques. No unnecessary moves - just effective selfdefence (great!). Shihan Hanspeter Rüesch (Switzerland) had a lot of throwing techniques on the program for the seminar. However, he couldn't resist to put in a little finger lock here and there ...

Sensei John Hjorth (Denmark) introduced "Jiu-Jitsu Fighting", which look a lot like Judo. Besides that he also introduced the new "Atemi Combat System", which is based on the German ATK system. It emphasizes atemi - and that is always effective.

Finaly, our own chiefinstrucor also did some teaching. Shihan Finn Jensen emphasized this time on chokes and thowing techniques. And the keyword was: It doesn't have to look good in the mirror - is must work!
