A training lesson |

| We begin with a short meditation to leave out the thoughts of our everyday life. In that way we focus our mind on the training. After that we bow to eachother (a sign of respect). After a good warm up we practise breakfalls. Then we move on to the selfdefence tecniques. Nice and slow in the beginning, but after a while the techniques becomes faster and faster. The lesson ends the same way as it began, with a short meditation. However this time we try to "put the techniques into our memory". Finally we thank eachother for the training. With a bow. |
