Budokan history
Finn Jensen moved to Randers. Here, he took over the "selfdefence section" in the local Judo club. Here just seven people trained ones a week. Finn quickly changed that to training twice a week – and the result was an increasing in the number of members.
1991
We had about 40 members, and started up as an independent club. Besides Finn, also Jørn and Poul T. Mikkelsen were a part of the new beginning.
Today
We have classes for children and adults. And though the years the number of active members has been steady around 40.
We are very active on seminars in Denmark as well as in other countries. Also people from around the world has visited us in Randers. Among others people from as far away as Canada and Australia.
